For students who have completed high school/GED and college transfer students seeking an academic or technical program

This application is ONLY for programs that go through our Continuing Education Department. For example: CNA, EKG, CDL training, Pharmacy Tech, etc... If you are a high school student, please complete the Dual Credit Application.

For high school students who are also taking college courses
